Desai, MD, MPH is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Vice Chief of the Section of Cardiovascular Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine, an Investigator at the Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation, and Executive Director for Bundled Payments and Clinical Service Line Operations at the Yale New Haven Health System.

Term of Approval is from 01/18/2026 to 01/24/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1. CME programs approved by the AAFP are eligible for Category 2 credit (or Category 1-A under special circumstances) through the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).

How to Book the Cruise

To attend the conference, participants must book their cruise through Continuing Education, Inc.. This ensures the company can provide full conference services and complimentary social amenities to all meeting participants and their guests. Note also, that participants' family and friends are welcome to book within our group to take advantage of our typically excellent cruise rates. Thank you for your cooperation.

Prices are per person for double occupancy and include Taxes & Fees $155.87 per person. Other stateroom categories and single, triple or quad occupancy are available. Rates include all meals and entertainment, excluding specialty retaurants.
