Seminar Fees: Include workshop attendance, handouts, breakfast or refreshments during the meetings, documentation of continuing education credit (usually issued on site) and a welcome gift.

All persons attending the seminar must pay a seminar fee. -- Spouses, family and friends are welcome and do not pay the seminar fee unless they attend the educational sessions. Special seminar fees are available for non-professional accompanying persons who wish to attend one or more sessions (no special receipt, documentation or credit is issued). Children are not allowed in the meeting room.

Refund Policy

DATE REFUND
Before 9/17/2010 Cancellations are subject to a 50.00 processing fee per person or you may apply your full registration fee one time to another program attended within 12 months.
After 9/17/2010 No refunds, although seminar fee less 50.00 processing fee may be applied one time to another program attended within 12 months.
After 10/06//2010 No refunds or application of fee to another program for cancellation, nonappearance or partial attendance.

Seminar Refund Policy: Advance written notice is required. No refunds due to airline delays or cancellation of flights. Once application of the seminar fee to another program is chosen, there are no further refunds or application to another program should you cancel again. With the exception of Canada, we offer no international refunds. Refunds processed by original form of payment or by check only. Refunds may take 2-4 weeks to process after notification of cancellation.
