By Referring Your Colleagues!
(and they get rewarded also!)

Many health professionals who have not attended our programs may be somewhat skeptical about the benefits of combining meaningful continuing education with a great vacation. That is why we developed the Referral Program! The best recommendations are from “Old-Timers”, current customers, who have experienced live ULS seminars or recorded (DVD) programs.

HERE’S HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REWARD:

  1. Complete the “Old-Timers” portion of the form below. Give copies of this form to health professional colleagues who have never attended a ULS seminar. Share our program brochures with them, or ask us to send them copies.
  2. Ask your colleagues to complete the “New-Timers” portion and mail or fax it to ULS with the seminar registration, or mention you when registering by phone or online.
  3. After the “New-Timer” attends one of our seminars, he or she receives a check for $25 - YOU receive a check for $50.

Mail with seminar registration to University Learning Systems, PO Box 35, East Amherst, NY 14051 or mention the referral when calling 1-800-940-5860 to register. You may also fax this form to 716-529-0550. If registering online, enter their name when prompted in the registration process. We will see that you both receive the awards.

POLICY REGARDING REFERRAL REWARDS

  • Send this completed form to University Learning Systems together with the seminar registration.
  • If the New-Timer is making reservations by phone, the Old-Timer’s name must be mentioned as the person making the referral.
  • This offer is valid only for attendance by Health Professionals.
  • A check is issued only after the actual attendance by the New-Timer.
  • This offer does not pertain to couples who received the discounted couples registration fee.
  • Referrals are honored only for attendees who have not attended a previous ULS seminar.
