Seminars

  • Seminar Fees Include workshop attendance, handouts, snacks and refreshments during the meetings and a welcome gift.
  • Statements of continuing education credit are issued on site.
  • All persons attending the seminar must pay a seminar fee.
  • Fees payable in US Dollars..
  • After online registration submission the form will be reviewed, discounts applied based on attendance and referrals, and the processed order returned to you via email and USPS. We will check with you before making any change that increases the price you entered.

Commercial Support

It is the policy of University Learning Systems (ULS) to provide an unbiased, fair and balanced approach to continuing education. Grants from pharmaceutical companies are not solicited and are accepted only with the understanding that University Learning Systems has complete control over the determination of topic, faculty and content. Such grants will be disclosed in the brochure and at the seminar if applicable.If you have any questions or concerns about our policy in this regard, please feel free to contact us.

Cruises

University Learning Systems and Travel Leaders act only as agents for the various carriers involved and assume no liability or responsibility in connection with the service of the vessel, carriage, motor vehicle or other conveyance which may be employed, either wholly or in part, in the performance of their duties to the passenger. Neither shall they be responsible for any act, error or omission or for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through neglect of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger.

Seminar Refund Policy

Advance written notice is required. No refunds due to airline delays or cancellation of flights. Once application of the seminar fee to another program is chosen, there are no further refunds or application to another program, should you cancel again. With the exception of Canada, ULS offers no international refunds. Refunds will be processed by original form of payment or by check only. Refunds may take 2-4 weeks to process after notification of cancellation.
