Registration Policies

Registration:

1. Seminar Fees: Include workshop attendance, handouts, certification of continuing education credit (usually issued on site) breakfast and a welcome gift. 
2. All persons attending the seminar must pay a seminar fee.
3. Fees are payable in US Dollars.
4. Spouses, family and friends are welcome and do not pay the seminar fee unless they attend the educational sessions.
5. Special seminar fees are available for non-professionalaccompanying persons who wish to attend one or more sessions (no special receipt, certification or credit given).
6. Physically Impaired?  If you have impairments which require assistance in order to participate in this seminar, please let us know when you register.

Seminar Refund Policy: (Advance written notice is required)

1. Up to advanced registration date: Cancellations are subject to a processing fee per person or you may apply your full registration fee one time to another program attended within 12 months.
2. Between advanced registration date and last cut off date: No refunds, although seminar fee less processing fee may be applied one time to another program attended within 12 months. 
3. After the last cut off date: No refunds or application of fee to another program for cancellation, nonappearance or partial attendance.
4. No refunds due to airline delays or cancellation of flights.
5. Once application of the seminar fee to another program is chosen, there are no further refunds or application to another program should you cancel again.
6. Refunds may take 2-4 weeks to process after notification of cancellation.

For Cruises

Both the seminar registration and cruise reservation must be made at the same time through University Learning Systems and Traveleaders respectively.  Otherwise, a seminar surcharge per seminar participant applies.
