Many health
professionals who have not attended our programs may be somewhat
skeptical about the benefits of combining meaningful continuing
education with a great vacation. That’s why we developed the ULS
Referral Program! The best recommendation we can get is from
"Old-Timers," that is, health professionals who have
attended our live Getaway Seminars or DVD/CD Programs.
 HERE’S
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REWARD: |
- Prior to the seminar,
print out the following form.
- Complete the "Old-Timers" portion
and give a copy to someone who has never attended
our program, but whom you think would enjoy it.
- It is important to note that after that person completes the
"New-Timers" portion, he or she MUST mail or fax it to us
(703-689-4452) with
the seminar registration, or mention it when registering by phone
(800-940-5860).
- After that person
("New-Timer") attends one of our seminars - YOU get a check
for $50 cash.
- If you refer professional spouses (and
they attend the same program), YOU get a check for $75.
- After attending, the
New-Timer gets a $25 cash
rebate.
- Applies only to registrations
for programs offering 10 or more credits.

POLICY
REGARDING REFERRAL REWARDS |
- If
the New-Timer is making reservations by phone, the
Old-Timer’s name must be mentioned as the person
making the referral.
- This
offer is valid only for attendance by Health
Professionals from U.S. and Canada.
- A check is issued after the actual attendance by the
New-Timer.
- Referral Rebates
cannot be transferred from one person to another.
